How To Measure Your HeadTake a measuring tape and wrap it comfortably around the circumference of your head where your hat would normally feel comfortable. For most people this would start at about the middle of the forehead, around to just above the ears and around to the widest part of the back of the head. Don’t make the tape super tight or too loose. In between these two tape settings should be the comfortable hat feeling you are looking to achieve.
